Pepperoni Quiche     page 1

1 1/2 c. flour        2 eggs
2 c. milk
Beat above ingredients with a whip till smooth. Add pepper and oregano to taste.  Stir in 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella and 8 ounces sliced pepperoni
( I cut in half).  Spray a 9x13 inch pan with Pam. Bake 425  for 25 to 30 minutes. 
Chicken Filling Casserole    page 18

2 c. chicken             1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. bread crumbs     Dash of pepper
3 eggs                      1/2 c. celery, diced
2 c. milk                    2 Tbsp. butter melted
Put chicken in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Mix together the remaining ingredients.  Pour over  chicken. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350.

1 stick margarine(take off 1 inch)                2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar                                              1/4 tsp. salt
1 large egg                                               1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. flour                                             1/2 c. milk or less

Grease pan and bake in muffin tins like cupcakes for 25 to 30 minutes.
